Rose Partners is delighted to announce the appointment of Clarke Jarrett as Group Strategic Director.
Clarke joins the firm after a long and distinguished career working at the highest levels of strategic Counter Terrorism. He commanded the UK’s largest Counter Terrorism unit, SO15 at New Scotland Yard where he was responsible for the UK’s police Counter Terrorism at home and overseas. He led the UK’s Counter Terrorism response to both the Westminster and Parsons Green attacks and was closely involved in the UK’s strategic response to the Salisbury nerve agent attacks.
He was also responsible for the delivery of Counter Terrorism operations for major events including the 2019 Cricket World Cup and incoming State Visits.
Clarke brings formidable strategic experience to Rose Partners as it continues to expand its international operations in the areas of security sector reform, capacity and capability development. In his new role, Clarke will be responsible for the delivery of the company’s international projects and the company’s growth strategy into new areas of change management and capacity development.
