Rose Partners has significantly expanded its client advisory team with experts covering a range of fields to support its rapidly growing work in security sector reform and change management.
Dr William Matchett, one of the world’s leading experts on Counter Terrorism policing, joins the client advisory team as it delivers major security sector reform projects in post conflict environments. Now an academic (and Senior Researcher at the Kennedy Institute), author and strategic advisor, William had a 30-year policing career in Northern Ireland, mainly working in Counter Terrorism intelligence. His credentials include advising law enforcement organisations on capability and capacity development in anti-corruption, Counter Terrorism and intelligence-led policing.
Kim Simpson, one of the UK’s foremost experts in explosive forensics, joins Rose Partners with a long career in the investigation of explosives and electronics use in criminal investigations.
